VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
LOCATION: Royal Community
Set-up Time: Saturday, 7:30-9:30 (must have arrived by 9AM or you will FORFEIT your spot)
Festival Hours: Saturday, 10:00AM - 3:00PM
Tent Space Size: Single space = 10' wide by 10' long, Double Space = 10'x 20'
THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. THERE IS NO RAIN DATE
Tents MUST be weighed down properly.
To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
VENDOR Parking - - vehicles must be parked in the designated area once unloaded
PACK UP-- pack up can begin no earlier than 3PM or you will NOT be allowed back at any future events. - YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF THIS HAPPENS.
Emergencies arise and is understandable. Please contact Sherry Panozzo in case of such emergencies that would cause you to need to leave before the event is over.
-CHILDREN under 10 are required to stay at your booth space at all times unless accompanied by an adult.
REFUNDS - The booth fee goes into advertising. supplies, and the location's fee. Will only be refunded if the FULL category is full and you don't check before you pay. (please see above)
By submitting this form you agree that you will not hold Sherry Panozzo, the owners of the event location, other vendors or event participants responsible for theft, damage, injury or any other unexpected/unforeseen events.
